Intro to sling
Sunday March 16

$25 per person
Sling is aerial silks in a hammock loops.
Explore and play on a safe and supportive environment.
This course is designed for absolute beginners to build strength, stamina, and confidence with dynamic warm-ups, stretching, and conditioning exercises on the aerial sling. Students will learn how to mount and dismount the sling, how to come to seat and stand, and other fun beginner-level poses.
Space is limited, reservation is required. Message us to reserve your spot.
