Step off the ground and into the air! In this playful, beginner-friendly class, you’ll get a taste of the aerial arts by exploring a different apparatus each week—fabric, sling, lyra, trapeze, and more.
You’ll learn the basics of climbing and moving in the air while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Perfect for first-timers or anyone curious about finding their favorite way to fly.
