This 1 and a half hour seminar weaves together key principles of martial arts and yoga to create a practical, accessible self-defense experience designed specifically for women. With a focus on mindset, situational awareness, and effective physical techniques, participants will learn how to recognize threats and respond with confidence in a variety of scenarios.
Through hands-on practice, you’ll explore targeted strikes, instinctive reactions, and joint manipulation techniques—building strength and skill in a supportive environment.
We’ll close the session with a grounding yoga sequence to regulate the nervous system, integrate what you've learned, and leave you feeling calm, centered, and strong.
No experience necessary! This is an introductory seminar. Wear comfortable clothes and invite a friend to partner with!
