Community Consolidated School District 46 is hosting a superintendent search focus group to gather input from the CCSD 46 educational community. The district is seeking a leader who will continue to build on the district's strengths and guide CCSD 46 into the future. The purpose of the focus group is to gather input on the key qualities, priorities, and experiences the next superintendent of CCSD 46 should possess. Feedback will be used to create a profile for the ideal candidate and will directly inform the search process.
The focus group will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:15 pm in the Falcon Room at Frederick School. Frederick School is located at 595 Frederick Road in Grayslake.
All feedback will be kept confidential and used to compile a collective summary for the search committee. We thank the community for its dedication to the success of our students and the future of the school district.
