Thursdays May 7, 14, 21, & 28 6pm-7pm
Each session combines a short teaching, a guided meditation, and a space for questions and reflection.

What we’ll explore together:
Week 1 — Presence and Breath
Learning to arrive where you already are.
Week 2 — Mindfulness of the Body
Listening to what your body has been trying to tell you.
Week 3 — Metta (Loving Kindness)
Discovering that compassion is something you uncover — not something you perform.
Week 4 — Developing a Personal Practice
Building something sustainable that actually belongs to your life.
You’ll leave with a personal practice that is genuinely yours — not a technique to perform, but a real relationship with your own inner life that carries well beyond these four weeks.
About Me:
A HeartMath certified coach/mentor and mindfulness teacher completeing my teacher certification. I have spent 20 years as a hairstylist working with outer beauty. I have a devoted practice of 8 years in meditation, nervous system regulation and heart coherence-inner beauty.
My teaching blends the science of heart-brain coherence and embodied presence. I do not teach from theory. I teach from lived-experiences.
