Are you passionate about high heels and dream of moving around the pole in sexy, elegant heels? Then this is the introductory workshop for you! Learn high heel basics, heel technique, tricks, floorwork, and a beautiful pole dance choreography suitable for everyone.Ideal for anyone who wants to learn their first steps in high heels on the pole from scratch – elegantly, safely, and with plenty of confidence. No prior experience is necessary; we'll start in a relaxed atmosphere, and you'll learn the most important basics step by step.
In this workshop, you'll learn:
👠 Fundamentals of heel technique – secure posture, balance, beautiful lines, and your first steps in heels
🪩 Simple pole grips and spins – perfect for your first moves on the pole
💃 Sensual transitions and floorwork – how to elegantly connect movements
✨ A short choreography – by the end, you'll be dancing a beautiful routine incorporating all the elements you've learned
Prerequisites: None. If you already do pole dance, great!
