Always wanted to try cycle, but worry it's too 'hard?' We hear people saying, 'Oh, I could never do that' or 'I'm not in good enough shape for that.' But guess what? Cycling is actually a low impact workout where YOU control how hard you work. Join us for Intro CYCLE Class this Saturday at 11:45 AM. Kelly makes cycling accessible to all. She'll help you learn bike setup, appropriate form to avoid injury and have a comfortable ride, and teach you some of the cycle speak so that you'll be ready to hop into the next CYCLE class!
This class is only 20-25 minutes of riding at a beginner level. If you've always been curious, here's your chance! Cost is a normal drop-in rate of $22. Or get the $39 two-week try and finish out the rest of the year with unlimited access to ALL our classes!
