You'll learn all about buttercream piping techniques, such as borders, writing, drop flowers, leaves, and the trending ombre rosettes design. In addition, you'll master the art of assembling and filling a piping bag with tips, understanding different icing consistencies, icing your cake, smoothing it out, and creating textured designs. Get ready to take your cake decorating skills to the next level! Pre-registration is required. Ages 14 & up (no exceptions!!)
