Into the Quiet is a 90-minute immersive experience blending collaborative art, symbolic ritual, and a soul-stirring sound bath. Together, we’ll co-create a seasonal mandala using meaningful objects and materials, reflect on what we’re releasing and welcoming, and settle into deep resonance through the healing frequencies of a guided sound bath by Aubrey Freestone Garcia of ReSOUNDing Echos. Light seasonal refreshments and space for quiet connection will be offered.
