Whether you're a singer, songwriter, musician, producer, or someone who simply feels music stirring inside you, this workshop is designed to help you move beyond self-doubt and into genuine creative expression. Rather than teaching you to sound like someone else, we'll help you discover what only you can create.
Drawing from more than two decades of musical performance, coaching, and transformational work around the world, Into The Light nurtures not only your creative abilities, but also the relationship you have with yourself. Through music, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, improvisation, and heartfelt collaboration, you'll cultivate greater confidence, creativity, and authentic expression.
Because when each of us expresses our unique gifts, we create greater harmony, not only within ourselves, but in the world around us.
Your Guides
Internationally acclaimed artist and producer Samuel J has spent over twenty years helping people around the world reconnect with the heart of their music. Having performed everywhere from Glastonbury Festival and The Olympic Games to stages alongside Xavier Rudd, his coaching goes beyond musical theory to help people uncover the meaning, intention, and truth behind what they want to express.
Joining him is transformational vocalist, healer, and mentor Sarah Conner, creator of The Visible Voice, whose work helps people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their authentic voice, and cultivate the courage to be fully seen and heard.
Having performed alongside artists including Yaima, Deya Dova, Dirtwire, Mose, and more, Sarah has devoted years to mastering the art of trusting inspiration in the moment, creating entirely spontaneous vocal journeys that have become the hallmark of her work.
Her approach demonstrates what becomes possible when technique, presence, and intuition come into complete alignment. Together, Sarah and Samuel have created an experience that blends practical musical development with profound personal transformation.
