In diesem Wochenend-Workshop erforschst du deinen eigenen Flow für das neue Jahr und lernst, ihn wahrzunehmen und wiederzufinden.

Mit Bewegung, zeitgenössischer Tanz Improvisation, somatischer Praxis sowie Solo- und Partner*innenübungen schaffst du Raum für Bewegung, Kreativität und Verbindung – mit dir selbst und mit anderen.

Eine Einladung, im Hier und Jetzt anzukommen und dein Jahr bewusst zu starten.

What does flow mean to you—personally?

In this weekend workshop, you will explore your own sense of flow for the new year and learn how to notice it and return to it.

Through movement, contemporary dance improvisation, somatic practices, as well as solo and partner exercises, you will create space for movement, creativity, and connection—with yourself and with others.

An invitation to arrive in the here and now and to begin your year with intention.
