We begin with guided breathwork, led to help you unravel layers of stored emotion, tension, and energetic weight. Through conscious breathing, you’ll create space for what’s been buried to decompose — making way for clarity, vitality, and peace.

As you enter the integration phase, you’ll be immersed in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, played intuitively to anchor and integrate your transformation. The frequencies support cellular harmony, helping you root into stillness and rise with renewed alignment.

Lindsay is a breathwork facilitator, sound healer, intuitive guide, space holder, and educator. She has been on a path of healing and self actualization for over 15 years and is passionate about creating spaces for people to come together and heal in community. She earned Breathwork Healer Certification (Levels 1-5) with David Elliott at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. She is also trained in Acutonics sound healing, medicinal aromatherapy, spiritual psychology, plant medicine integration, and music education.
