This event, hosted at UKTL’s brand-new Insights Lab in Solihull, gives you the chance to hear directly from graduates who were in your shoes not long ago, alongside the UKTL Managing Director and CTO, as they share their journeys, lessons learned, and advice for entering the field.

You’ll also get the opportunity to work through a real-world challenge from multiple perspectives - technical, policy, communications, and budget - with the opportunity to chat informally with the MD and technical experts about your ideas and the wider cyber landscape.

Here’s what to expect:

• Panel: Journeys into Cyber - Hear from the UKTL MD, CTO and graduates who were in your shoes not long ago. Their stories will give you practical advice, inspiration, and a clear picture of the paths you can take into cyber.
• Interactive Vulnerability Challenge - Work with other students to discuss how you’d approach a vulnerability scenario, weighing up the technical, communications, budget, and policy angles. As new details are revealed, you’ll adapt your thinking just like professionals do in the field.
• Feedback & Networking - Share your ideas with the UKTL MD, CTO and team - this is a relaxed opportunity to gain feedback and learn how your ideas connect to the wider cyber landscape.
