Over the course of a full lunar cycle, we will embark on a journey of self-cultivation through tea. The magic of tea lies in its subtleties. During these 4 weeks, we will observe ourselves as we move through cycles and seasons— rooting, opening, and refining. We will weave threads of stillness, gratitude, and presence into our life, connecting deeply with ourselves, each other, and the spirit of tea's quiet wonder.

Tea doesn’t force, rather creates opportunities for us to return Home - to the body and the present moment... to gratitude and love. Every ceremony is a completely unique experience. What arises when we slow down, find stillness, and listen is truly profound.

This practice has changed my life, and it’s both an honour and a blessing to witness others find in their bowls the same magic that ever-inspires me.
