Come join us for a day dedicated to your wellness! This in-person event will be held at Doral, where we combine the power of breathwork, conscious movement, and healthy eating. Re-energize, balance your body and mind, and learn practical tools to lead a more conscious and harmonious life. This is a day to connect, relax, and take care of yourself.

Guided by:

• Guayana Páez-Acosta is a 500 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (RYT), mindfulness facilitator and mentor, integrative health coach, sustainability professional, passionate about personal transformation and social change, founder and CEO of Athena Lab for Social Change, a pioneering social enterprise merging personal transformation with societal impact. Guayana is currently deepening her experience and inner skills in support of wellbeing and resilience in individuals and organizations.
• Karol Cadenas, a certified Health Coach in Integrative Nutrition, specialized in detox and intuitive eating, passionate about wellness and self-awareness practices. She is also a Rito del Útero holder and a certified Yomu mindfulness and movement for kids. With a deep commitment to helping others foster self-connection and holistic well-being, Karol creates empowering spaces for growth and personal transformation.
