Intimate Grief Reiki Healing Circle

About this Event

Join us for a small women's circle designed to nurture your soul, calm your spirit, and surround you with a sisterhood of connection and support while processing grief. Please bring your yoga mat, something to hydrate with, a sacred item and an open heart. This workshop will provide somatic movement, sound healing, open hearted conversations with community members, and Reiki healing energy. Attendees will have time to journal and engage in personal expression in a space that encouraged community, connection, and healing.

We will open up our circle with introductions, ground rules, and intention setting followed by our transition into somatic movement and breathwork. Being a non judgmental space, we encourage you to express what may come through your movement and voice. After experiencing physical release within the body, we will move to gentle guided meditation of sound and reiki healing energy followed by journaling. We will integrate with one another by grounding and reflection, connection to nature, and confidential circle shares. Lastly, we will end our practice with a closing ceremony. All are encouraged to welcome more opportunities to create support with one another in community.
