☀️You’re warmly invited to a Gong Relaxation Experience ☀️Join us for an intimate Sound Journey, where extra love and intention flow through every part of the experience. Sessions at Tribe are full of love and care. From the warm welcome to the gentle guidance, every detail is chosen to support deep rest, healing, and heartfelt connection.
With a small group and open hearts, we come together to slow down, breathe, and be present with one another.
Expect soul-soothing sounds, nurturing energy, and a feeling of true togetherness. As you rest and receive, you’ll be bathed in the magical frequencies of the Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls and gentle Percussion.
We’ll end the session with a nurturing herbal tea and a little piece of grounding dark chocolate. A beautiful time to open our hearts to conversation or to remain still in togetherness.

Tribe provides all the props and comforts you need. However, you’re welcome to bring your own.

Sound healing may not be suitable if you:
* Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
* Experience seizures, epilepsy or severe, unmanaged mental health
conditions
* Have had recent surgery or broken bones
* Have metal implants or a pacemaker fitted.
