Welcome to the Intimacy Playshop!

Intimacy can be easy, spontaneous, and fun!

Get ready for an interactive experience all about exploring connection and closeness in an intentional container. We will move into embodiment practice scenes to fully integrate what we learn so we can apply them in real life.

Whether you're curious or looking to deepen your personal relationships, this playshop offers a flirtatious way to learn and grow. No pressure just good vibes, real talk, and lighthearted relating.

WHAT IS A “PLAYSHOP”?

It is a workshop… But more fun! We believe people learn intimacy best through playfulness. With the ulitmate intention to liberate love, the Intimacy Playshop format uses interactive breath, body, movement, and intentional relating to learn. This is what makes it enjoyable and personal as possible.

NOTE: we honor strict safety and privacy rules with a policy of no exchange of bodily fluids and we all remain fully clothed.

WHAT WILL WE PRACTICE?

We will practice with multiple people to experience a variety of flavors as we navigate relating in love with intimate partners, coworkers, family, and friends.

Intimacy is the delightful place where two souls interact. The Intimacy Playshop is designed to make our interactions not only more fun, but to add pleasure, passion, and embodied wisdom to the mix.

Some things to expect:

• Listening and attuning with empathy
• Practicing saying NO and how to feel good with being told NO
• Expressing emotions, wants, needs and boundaries so our partner fully hears us
• Understanding needs: ours and our partner’s
• Practicing responsiveness vs. reactivity
• Celebrating vibrant Masculine strength and structure AND Feminine beauty and flow in ourselves and in each other

FOR WOMEN & MEN, SINGLES & COUPLES

We work with polarity and the energetic practices of our natural masculine and feminine energies within.

This playshop strengthens and deepens intimate relationships of those who are coupled AND, this is not only for the coupled. This is useful for everyone because it adds depth and connection to close friendships, peers, family, and anyone we relate with in the real world.

The Intimacy Playshop invites us to attune our ability to experience the intimacy of presence and love in all of our relations.
