Interwoven: The Mindful Wheel

Special Operations Forces Spouses are invited to spend the morning with The Station Foundation to experience the restorative benefits of working with clay on the potter's wheel. Join us at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts as we explore this primal mode of expression and transform clay into a functional piece. This creative experience offers a chance to reconnect with your inner calm, engage your curiosity, increase self-awareness, and experience the benefits of being present. This therapeutic workshop is an invitation to slow down, let go of perfection, and enjoy the creative process.

11:00 - 11:15 AM: Welcome, Intention Setting, and Grounding Practice

11:15 - 1:00 PM: Beginner’s Ceramics Workshop

Event Details:

Come dressed in "play clothes" (wear something you don't mind getting dirty).

This is a beginner’s class; no experience is necessary.

All supplies will be provided on-site.

Lunch and drinks will be provided.
