Interwoven: Sunrise Rooftop Yoga and Sound Bath

Special Operations Forces Spouses are invited to spend the morning with The Station Foundation for a 60-minute slow flow yoga experience. Gather on the rooftop of Hot Asana Studio to welcome the sunrise and embrace a new day filled with possibility, peace, and renewal.

Set your intention as you move through a guided flow designed to encourage presence, self-care, and inward reflection. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and the gentle chorus of morning birdsong, participants are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.

Our daily lives are often fast-paced and filled with constant obligations, leaving little room to pause and care for our own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Without intentional moments of stillness, it can be difficult to remain grounded and present.

Participants leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and equipped with an accessible self-care practice to help navigate everyday stress while prioritizing their overall well-being.
