About this Event

Interwoven: Relaxing Rituals for Moms+Daughters
Special Operations Forces girls and women (ages 10 and older) are invited to spend the afternoon with The Station Foundation for an immersive self-care experience focused on rest and relaxation. Together, we’ll explore simple, nurturing practices that support healthy sleep and deeper connection.
Participants will enjoy face masks while listening to a restorative sound bath, create their own calming tea blends, and craft candles and bath salts designed to promote relaxation and peaceful rest.
This gathering offers a gentle reminder that rest is an act of care, for ourselves and for one another. Come unwind, connect, and take home meaningful tools to support your evening routines.

Please come comfortable, pjs are welcome!
Please bring a pillow and a blanket.
