Interwoven: New Year New Visions

Special Operation Forces Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a nourishing morning of mindful movement, creative expression, and intentional connection, guided by Nourished. by Angelic Elrod. This immersive experience is designed to help you slow down, tune in to your body, and thoughtfully envision the year ahead.

Throughout the morning, we will gently awaken the body through somatic movement, breathwork, and grounding practices, creating a sense of ease and presence. From there, we’ll shift into artistic envisioning, using creative journaling and vision-board style collage to explore intentions, hopes, and dreams for the year ahead. 

We’ll close our time together with a meaningful community connection exercise, offering space to share visions and reflect alongside others in a supportive, partnered setting. This gathering is not about perfection or productivity, it’s about embodiment, creativity, and human connection.

9:00 AM - Arrival and Check In

9:15 AM - Welcome and Program Overview

9:00 AM - Grounding, gentle yoga, tapping, and intentional breathwork.

10:00 AM - Artistic envisioning through creative journaling and vision-board style collage.

11:00 AM - Guided meditation, mindfulness practices, and visualization for the year ahead.

12:00 PM - Reflect and share hopes, visions, and dreams.

• Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for gentle movement.
• Please bring a cozy blanket and pillow for added comfort.
• Art supplies will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own journals, magazines, photos, stickers, or any special materials you’d like to incorporate into your vision journal.
