About this Event
Interwoven: Hot Yoga for SOF Spouses
Interwoven: Hot Yoga for SOF Spouses is designed to help Special Operations Spouses learn to manage stress and energy with guided breathwork and slow, steady poses and transitions. The pace of this class will be meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind while letting yourself sweat out tension. We will deepen each pose with several rounds of breath work before transitioning to a new pose. Participants will feel calm and rejuvenated at the end of class.

Event Details:
Mats will be provided.
Please dress appropriately for a hot class and bring water.
All levels are welcome.
Please consult your physician if you are pregnant or think you may be.
This will be a one hour class.
Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 11 participants. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration.
