About this Event
Special Operations Forces spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a morning of creativity, reflection, and self-expression. Through guided prompts and art journaling, participants will explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences using a combination of words, color, texture, and imagery in a relaxed and supportive environment.
This experience offers a creative outlet for mindfulness and personal reflection while encouraging participants to embrace the process over the outcome. The morning is designed to be relaxed and enjoyable, offering a low-pressure way to create art, quiet the mind, and strengthen resilience through creativity and self-expression.
This class will be taught by local artist Nikki Sinay Torres, who will encourage participants to let go of perfection, trust their creative instincts, and discover the joy of creating without expectations. Whether you have years of artistic experience or have never opened an art journal before, you'll leave with new techniques, meaningful reflections, and the confidence to continue your creative journey.

Event Details:
- Come dressed in "play clothes" (wear something you don't mind getting art supplies on).
- No experience is necessary.
- All supplies will be provided onsite.
- Beverages and snacks will be provided.
Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 8 spouses. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration.
