Interwoven: Couples Yoga Flow(Practice 3 of 3)

Special Operations Forces Couples are invited to join The Station Foundation for a late afternoon yoga practice together. Couples will be guided through the third and final weekend of a three weekend series.

This yoga practice will begin with grounding and guided awareness to one’s breath, reinforcing these two essential, simple yet important invitations to slow down, become present, and observe the body and breath. Couples will practice foundational poses with the optional use of props including blocks and straps. Participants should anticipate a medium level intensity. The practice will conclude with a longer rest. Couples will leave feeling rested after being challenged to find the fullest expression of yoga with what they have learned in the previous weekends.

New to Interwoven events with The Station? Welcome! Please note that our Mindfulness Facilitator, Laurie Terry, will be in contact with you to share our mission and confirm your Special Operations Forces affiliation.

Event Details:

Yoga mats will be provided; however, you are welcome to bring your own.
Bring a water bottle.
No experience is necessary.
