This outreach is open to Couples within the Special Operations Forces Community.
About this Event

Special Operation Forces Couples are invited to join The Station Foundation for an evening of connection by practicing yoga together. Couples will be led through smooth yoga flows with partner sequencing woven throughout.
Our days are active and filled with obligations that take us from one activity to the next. Connecting with our own bodies, as well as connecting with our partner, can be challenging. This yoga flow will present the opportunity to slow down and take stock physically and emotionally together.

Event Details:

Please reserve ONE spot per couple.
Yoga mats will be provided.
Bring water and dress in clothes that allow you to move freely.
All abilities welcome, no experience needed.

This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 6 couples. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration.

When registering for an event, all required fields on the order form must be completed in entirety. Incomplete order forms will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and helping us ensure event security and the highest quality experience possible.
