Intervention 101 - Event for Young Professionals

This event is free to attend to all ICoTA Young Professionals. The event will take place during the SPE ICoTA European Well Intervention Conference.

Kick-start your career development at this ICoTA Young Professionals event, designed to give you a well-rounded view of the intervention landscape. The session opens with four 15-minute technical talks covering the full lifecycle of a job request: an operator's perspective on scoping the work, water shut-off strategies with a focus on NSTA/RWOT, perforating and logging techniques, and downhole safety valve (DHSV) considerations, closing with a quick-fire look at intervention results. The second half shifts focus to you and your career, with three industry professionals sharing 5-minute snapshots of their own career journeys, followed by a 15-minute open panel where you can ask the questions that matter most to your own path forward. Whether you're looking to sharpen your technical knowledge or get real talk on building a career in intervention, this is an event not to miss.
