InterPlay is about playing with movement, voice, stillness and story making (the most ancient soul making practices we know of). It is about refreshing soul, finding amusement, and retrieving the wisdom of the body.
InterPlay breaks down dance, story, and voice into manageable pieces of creativity making it possible for shy and gregarious, those who fear looking silly as well as the accomplished to have satisfying, successful experiences of embodied creativity.
InterPlay is an artform that anybody can do, a spiritual practice and a way to build community based in improvisation and play.
