What to expect: a dynamic flow to energize your body ⚡ and bring stillness to your mind 😌
This session will be led by Anna - a certified yoga teacher 🧘🏼‍♀️

Anna has been teaching yoga for over 5 years and has studied yoga and meditation in India, Europe, and Russia, blending traditional wisdom with modern, body-aware approaches.
Her classes combine mindful asana practice with pranayama and meditation to support both physical strength and inner balance 🧘🏼‍♀️✨
