Through every session, participants contribute to the well-being and adoption journey of shelter pets.What Happens at Pawga?Enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga session led by a professional instructor while shelter puppies and dogs roam freely around the space. Rather than involving animals directly in the yoga practice, Pawga focuses on creating a comfortable environment where both participants and animals can interact naturally.Why Join?Spending time with animals can be a wonderful way to unwind, reduce stress, and recharge. The joyful presence of playful puppies and friendly dogs creates a unique and uplifting experience that leaves participants feeling refreshed and energized.How Does It Help the Animals?The puppies and dogs participating in Pawga come from shelters and foster homes. These sessions help them socialise with humans, build confidence, and increase their chances of finding permanent homes. A portion of every ticket also supports animal welfare initiatives at the shelters.Do You Need Yoga Experience?Not at all. The session is designed for beginners and is open to participants of all ages. A professional instructor guides the practice, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone.Important Information• Duration: 60 minutes• Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the session begins• Guests may stay for 15–20 minutes after the session ends• You may meet puppies or older dogs, depending on which animals are currently available for adoption• Pawga welcomes dogs of all sizes and supports adoption without discriminationA heartwarming experience that combines yoga, community, and animal welfare—all while celebrating International Yoga Day with some adorable four-legged friends. 🐾💛✨
