This International Yoga Day, do the morning differently.
Aarambh is the first gathering by Sangha, a new outdoor wellness community by Kaya Haus, Ahmedabad's physiotherapy and yoga studio. On Sunday, 21st June 2026, 120 people come together at sunrise for a two-hour gathering: yoga, breathwork, meditation, breakfast, and unhurried time among people who care about how they live.
The format isn't a class it's a circle. 120 mats arranged around a single centre stage, led by Dr. Mayanta and Dr. Heena, the physiotherapists who founded Kaya Haus. Every movement is grounded in a real understanding of the body, safe for first-timers, meaningful for regulars.
The morning unfolds in four parts:
A welcome from the founders on what the day actually marks
Guided breathwork and meditation
A full sunrise yoga practice, paced for the morning light
A curated breakfast and time to meet the people next to you
