Join us for International Yoga Day at Willen Lake North’s Maze in Milton Keynes to practice together and connect with positive mindset!Get ready to stretch, breathe, and relax at the beautiful Willen Lake North, right by The Maze in Milton Keynes. This is a unique in-person event where you can meet fellow yoga lovers and celebrate together. The event welcomes everyone, beginners, yoga curious, yoga sceptics, life-long students, teachers and lovers of the outdoors activities. This year we are focusing on removing all barriers - economic, cultural and misconceptions about yoga. By coming together, we want to show all residents - especially those who have been unwell for a while - that there are alternative ways of looking after your mental health. Yoga practice brings numerous benefits for the body and nervous system, as well as a new understanding of how to live a healthy and conscious life.
