Cattle Creep 10K

The Cattle Creep 10K returns for 2026, the second event in the Cattle Creep Series and your chance to earn the next piece of the three-part interlocking medal.
This well-established midweek 10K takes runners along the scenic riverside paths and parkland of North Milton Keynes. The route includes the event’s namesake, the historic Cattle Creep tunnel beneath the Grand Union Canal, adding a distinctive feature to an otherwise fast and enjoyable course.
Open to runners of all abilities, with a relaxed summer evening atmosphere, it’s ideal for both training and racing. The event is also dog-friendly (dogs start approximately 2 minutes before the main wave) and participants under 15 must run with an adult.
