We’re celebrating International Yoga Day with a special gathering here at Island Yoga!
On these days, we’ll be offering:
🧘♂️ A array of sessions - Various yoga classes and morning Qi Gong on the beach
🌱 Special workshops - On Sunday, we’ll have a Cacao Ceremony as well as an inspiring Vision Board workshop.
🥗 Delicious healthy food - Our much-loved healthy vegetarian breakfast buffet and a delicious lunch.
🌿 An overnight beachfront stay - if you choose our overnight retreat option
There are a couple of ways to join us for this special day:
➡️ Day pass: Join us for Sunday workshops & classes (includes breakfast and lunch): 900 THB
➡️ Overnight retreat: Full overnight package with beachfront stay: Starts from 2,300 THB, depending on the room type.
GETTING HERE:
🚤 Koh Yao Noi is relaxed and peaceful, but is very easily reachable from Phuekt and Krabi. Boat rides take between 20-30 minutes.
