Join us for a peaceful afternoon of yoga, guided relaxation, and meditation as we celebrate International Yoga Day in Petone.
This is a free community event, and everyone is welcome. No prior yoga experience is required, so whether you are completely new to yoga or already practise regularly, you are warmly invited to come along.
The session will include:
Free yoga
Guided relaxation and meditation
Light refreshments
