Join us ! In THE FAT OX beautiful private room, where a relaxed ambiance sets the tone for meaningful connections with other ladies as we share stories, uplift one another, and celebrate our collective success.

On March 8th, we celebrate women! a soulful, creative experience honoring the strength, beauty, and intuition of women. Natalie will gently guide you through a floral-inspired beginning to the painting process, opening the door to self-expression and flow. From there, you’ll be invited to paint intuitively—moving between guided moments and personal creative freedom—allowing your inner voice to lead. This is more than a painting class; it’s a meaningful, reflective journey designed to help you connect with your power and express it on canvas.

Ange Heli - founder of After Glow Lifestyle Coaching which has become known for its inclusive philosophy, personalized coaching, and signature GLOW Method — a step-by-step framework designed to help women feel powerful in their bodies and free around food.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase before, during, and after the painting session—so you can sip, savor, and create and mingle with other likeminded women.
