Who runs this mother?!International Women's Day is upon us and here at Bernie's we are turning into an International Womens' Weekend!
Were teaming up with @the_red_torquettes and @newcastleprideinc to bring you a whole weekend of events that support our community.
Friday- Heels Hearts & Hands: Fundraiser night for Warlga Womens' Refuge, bright to you by The Red Torquettes
Saturday: Coming Out Party: IWD Edition with performance by @loren.la.rouxx
Sunday: Ride & Thrive with Newcastle Pride. Starting at Midday, this event includes:
- FREE BBQ Lunch, dessert, and non-alc drinks
- Motorbike workshop by Aurora Bilby. Australia's only female master tech for Indian Motorcycles
- Health talks
- Market stalls
- Performances & DJs from 6pm+
We'll also be taking donations all weekend of personal care items (body wash, tooth brushes, deodorant, hygiene products, moisturiser etc.) to be donated to Warlga Womens' Refuge so bring them along with you.
