International Women's Day WORKOUT!

Join us at Monday Night Brewing Nashville for an upbeat, personal trainer led workout class in honor of International Women's Day! HOKA will be partnering with us and will be giving away TWO pairs of shoes. 100% of raffle earnings will be donated to the Nashville & MIddle Tennesee YWCA.

Expect a mix of instructed strength training and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get the heart rate up. This class is for all fitness levels, as modifications and progressions can/will be provided. Post class, enjoy a cold beer with your new fitness friends (who also enjoy a pint)!

Class will be held RAIN or SHINE.
