INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY- WOMENS CIRCLE

Join us for International Women’s Day! A time to remember the ancestors who came before us. To remember the sacrifice they made so that we could have the freedom we have today. 🌹

Now more than ever we need to be united as a community, to come together and create UNITY & SISTERHOOD! This event is open to Women and Women identifying 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

-Sacred Feminine Ceremony- Guided by Healing with Mel- Includes a short history lesson of how women were erased from our history books, transformational breathwork, meditation, rituals & journalling. Ceremony is meant to help you remember the connection between us all and who you truly are!

-Sensual Dance Workshop-Guided by Kaia Bartok- Learn about the importance of embracing your feminine energy and sensuality to unlock your true self.

-Soundbath- Guided by Reiki with Heidi- Crystal bowls that create angelic sounds accompanied by reiki energy to help bring the nervous system into a deep state of relaxation.

-Women’s Empowerment workshop- Guided by Emily Arsenault (Dog Eared Books)- Emily will host a woman's empowerment circle designed to create a supportive space for participants to share their stories and experiences. Through guided discussions and activities, we will celebrate our strengths and encourage personal growth, fostering a sense of community. By the end of the circle, each woman will begin to feel more empowered and inspired on their journey to becoming her favorite self.
