International Women's Day (Vol. 3) Social Ride & Workshops

NOWcc and Ride Out proudly present the third edition of “The Biggest Women’s Ride of the Benelux.”

Gear up for a celebration of empowerment and unity in celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8. Join us for a day of learning new skills, connecting with others, and riding together.

Workshops

This day isn’t just about community on the bike, but also about gaining skills and knowledge. We’ll start the day with two workshop sessions covering different topics (to be announced closer to the event). Participants will have the opportunity to attend both sessions by switching between them.

The Biggest Women's Ride of the Benelux

In the afternoon, we invite you to join ‘The Biggest Women's Ride of the Benelux!' Whether you're an avid rider or are relatively new to cycling, we have three different groups for three different speeds and distances. After the ride, all groups will meet back at Ride Out for a post-ride drink and snacks.

Group 1: 24/26km/h pace, 45km

Group 2: 26/28km/h pace, 50km

Group 3: 28/30km/h pace, 50km

If you're only joining the ride:

• 11:45 Meet for a cup of coffee.
• 12:00 Introduction and group photo.
• 12:15 Roll out
• Around 14:15 we’ll arrive back at Ride Out where snacks and drinks are served, and where the Strade Bianche Donne will be streamed on a big screen!

What to bring:

• Working, well-maintained road bike
• Helmet (helmets are mandatory to join the group ride)
• Snacks and water for during the ride
• Appropriate riding gear for the conditions
• If you are doing the workshop and the ride, please bring something to eat prior to the ride

This event is open to all women and people who identify as women.
