International Women's Day run or hike

Join us for a fun, free event celebrating women where you can meet fellow runners/hikers and enjoy shopping discounts to gear up for spring adventures!

We will kick off the morning with a social trail hike or run at South Table Mountain, your pace, your distance starting at 9am.

- Looking to get into trail running? Coaches from L2S will be at the event to answer questions about our programs. Experts from Runners Roost will answer questions about gear for road running and trail running including information on appropriate shoe styles for your running goals and proper sports bra fit.
