International Women's Day - Queens Brunch

We would like to invite you to our upcoming event "Queens Brunch" by Unleash Yourself with Gladness CIC - UYG Social Enterprise. This is our Quarterly Event that aims to support women to take some time for practicing selfcare and learning about how to maintain mental health & wellbeing as a woman whilst balancing life's responsibilities.

The Theme for International Womens Day 2025 is "Accellerate Action" our discussion focus for this Theme will be "Achieve Your Potentail Through Personal Development".

This is a No kids event as we cant facilitate for them. thank you for understanding.

Come along for a wonderful time of connecting with women in the community over refreshements and delicious snacks, great atmosphere and give yourself some well deserved ME TIME.

It’s important to take occasional time to unwind & treat yourself from the busy-ness of life on a regular basis. Our aim with The Queens Brunch events is to give women the opportunity to take time out, practice selfcare and mingle with other women in the community.
