In Honor of International Women’s Day

Join us for a powerful and refreshing morning of connection, movement, and wellness in nature.

Hike Location: Lone Mountain Equestrian Trail
Date: Sunday, March 8th (International Womens Day)
Meet-Up Location: Ross near Red Rock
10950 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135
Meet-Up Time: 7:45 AM
Hike Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

This guided hike will be co-faciliated by Brittney Collins-Jefferson, LCSW, Founder of Restorative Health & Life, and Charnay Brandon of Sincerely A Healing Soul.

This is a wellness experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves by immersing in nature and restoring balance between mind, body, and soul.

During this experience, participants will engage in:
• A therapeutic guided hike
• Grounding exercises
• Guided meditation
• Sound bowl healing
• Stretching and mindful movement

This experience supports:
• Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
• Healthy social connection
• Focused breathing and regulation techniques
• Self-reflection and personal insight
• Relational wellness through shared community
