International Women's Day

We're celebrating International Women's Day with a full day dedicated to ladies that cycle with a led ride out, a social lunch and a workshop session.

This is a free event (including bike checks, ride and lunch) designed to be social, supportive, and welcoming to riders of all abilities.

The ride itself will be led by our guides, around 40km on-road and will have GPX route files available for download prior to the day.

9:00 – 10:00 | Shop Open for Coffee & Free Bike Checks

10:00 – 10:30 | Group Ride Roll-Out

12:30 – 2:00 | Return to Store & Lunch

2:00 – 5:00 | Bike Fit Discussion & Mechanics Session

An open discussion covering:

• Bike sizing

• Saddle comfort and positioning

• Handlebar reach and setup

• Common comfort issues and adjustments

• How small changes can make a big difference on the bike

Roadside Mechanics Course

• Pre-ride checks

• Puncture repairs

• Common mechanical issues and easy adjustments

• Repair spares and tools to carry and how to use them

What to Bring

• A roadworthy bike

• Helmet (required for the ride)

• Appropriate spares and tools

• Appropriate clothing for the weather

• Any personal ride nutrition you prefer
