International Women's Day Community Surf

Join us on for an incredible afternoon of seasterhood and surf. Come catch some waves, meet fellow surf sisters, and enjoy mama oceans healing powers.

We will start our afternoon with a breathwork and grounding meditation from Jasmine. Jasmine Escalante is an ocean healer and breathwork, reiki, and sound bath facilitator. On this special International Women's Day, she will be bringing the healing power of breathwork and grounding to the water! She will lead a 30-minute session that includes grounding, where you will get to call back all of your energy and connect to the earth via the sand, providing you with a feeling safety and wholeness. This will be followed by a powerful breathwork session, where you will get to release any pent up anxiety or stress. This will provide you with a feeling of lightness, clarity, and deep sense of peace.
