Janice Tam | Co-founder, TrueToForm
TrueToForm develops 3D body measurement software for apparel design and
fitting. The TrueToForm scan app generates a digital avatar with precise
measurements in just minutes. Its accuracy has been validated through an IRB-
approved study involving 300+ participants using hardware scanners as the
reference standard.
Angie Severson | Founder, Miss Angie’s Place
Miss Angie’s Place is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Southeast Minnesota,
specializing in fostering positive relationships through art, nature, education, and
well-being. The organization is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming
space for all community members.

Panelists:
Beth Richardson | Consul General of Canada in the Upper Midwest
As Canada’s Consul General, Beth leads a team of 17 Consulate staff to
strengthen trade and economic ties, reinforce security alliances, enhance political, academic, and cultural relationships, and assist Canadians in Minnesota, Iowa,
Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. She has been with Global Affairs Canada since 1996, holding roles in the Eastern Europe and Eurasia Division, the Afghanistan Task Force, and the Canadian International Development Agency. Her international assignments include Seoul, London, Moscow, Miami, and Vilnius, Lithuania.
Benazir Kerezoudis | Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems, Cytotheryx
Benazir leads regulatory compliance and quality assurance at Cytotheryx, a
biotech company focused on developing high-quality primary human hepatocytes
(functional liver cells) for research and therapeutic applications. Cytotheryx’s proprietary technology was originally developed at Mayo Clinic and is now being advanced to support groundbreaking medical research.
Robin Solinsky | VP of Technology and Innovation, Bright Research
Robin is the Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Bright Research, a
women-owned Minneapolis-based company specializing in clinical trial
management for MedTech businesses. Since joining Bright in 2015, she has led study design, trial execution, and data management. She also established the company’s data management department. Prior to Bright Research, Robin spent a decade as an independent consultant for multiple medical device companies. She holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
