Join us on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hotel at Avalon for a transformative event celebrating International Women’s Day- Powered by Lululemon, Presented by Body By Ouida, and Strong Run Coaching, this gathering is designed to empower and inspire women through a series of engaging activities.

The day begins with registration and a warm welcome, followed by a mindful walking experience along Westside Parkway, complete with inspirational messages. Participants will then enjoy a gentle yoga session that emphasizes mindfulness and empowerment, concluding with a soothing sound bath.

The highlight of the event features a lululemon Fashion Show alongside a panel discussion moderated by comedian Heather Tolley-Bauer. This interactive session will explore the eight pillars of wellness while showcasing clothing worn by our inspiring panelists.

As the event wraps up, attendees will be encouraged to support local women's organizations and set goals for future engagement. Optional brunch at South City Kitchen will follow for those wishing to continue the connection.
