This International Women’s Day, join us for a thoughtful, community-focused experience built around movement, conversation, and shared recovery.

We’ll begin with a relaxed group walk through High Park, creating space for genuine conversation and connection in a calm, natural setting. This is an opportunity to slow down, meet new people, and engage in meaningful discussion—no pressure and no agenda.

Following the walk, we’ll return to Revive Wellness Club for a social sauna and contrast therapy session, designed to support recovery, nervous-system regulation, and connection. The experience is unhurried and inclusive, encouraging conversation, presence, and restoration.

The session will be supported by our signature Revive tea, created to complement contrast therapy and help you stay grounded and hydrated throughout.

This event is about connection, resilience, and shared experience—values that sit at the heart of International Women’s Day.

No prior sauna or cold-plunge experience required.
