Join us at Kindred Fare for a celebration of International Women's Day - La Festa della Donna!We invite all to join us for a shared meal celebrating all the women of our region, with a focus on women in the world of wine. This event is brought to you in collaboration with Ria D'Aversa, of Ria's Wines on Seneca Lake.
Why Celebrate?
It's a small gesture to dedicate a day to celebrating women, showcasing their significant roles & reflecting on the struggles & successes in the fight for women's rights.
What We Do:
We celebrate together with a meal & have a chance to connect & collaborate with other women in our region. We ask that those who can, please bring a bottle of wine & a story to share with those at their table. While we don't discriminate, women-owned wineries & winemakers would be the preferred bottles to share at this event!
For Women in Wine (& Wine Lovers):
This will be a night to celebrate our hard work over the past year, fostering solidarity & community. It also provides a much-needed respite, enabling women to return to their various "fights" refreshed (whether that be children, marriage, work, activism, or whatever the day's focus may be). We welcome all those who wish to join us in honor of this celebration!
A prepaid ticket will be required to participate as seating is limited. The cost is $65 & includes your meal & shared wine. Additional wines, cocktails & NA beverages can be purchased from Kindred Fare upon request.
