This class will focus on Whiskeys from around the world. The five biggest producers of whiskey globally are Scotland, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and Japan. We will touch on the differences and similarities of the whiskeys that come from each of these countries as well as their associated histories. Guests will get the chance to make a classic Tokyo Highball during the class, and we will give you all the tips and tricks to take this simple cocktail to another level. We will also be showing how modern cocktail techniques can be applied to create a spin on a classic cocktail. This cocktail will feature Irish Whiskey but will mirror the flavors found in a classic scotch whisky cocktail, the Penicillin.

In addition to the two cocktails each guest will make and the expert instruction, all attendees will also be served four perfectly paired tasting portions from the kitchen.
